Is a deposit required?

Yes. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. No deposit = your order is not booked! 💰

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. We charge a delivery fee for all orders that need our delivery service. The price depends on the location. 🚕

What happens if I am late to pickup or delivery?

Accepted Answer

It's important to be on time for your order pickups. We often have multiple pickup/deliveries within a day and if you are not on time for your order, we might need to re-schedule as we cannot be tardy for other's orders.

Deliveries: If you are not at the set location to retrieve your order on time, we might need to leave and you may pick up your order instead, or if we can wait, there will be a late fee for every 20 minutes.

Pickups: Similar to deliveries, if you are not on time to your pickup, there could be a chance that you might need to reschedule your pick up time.
