Important Information

*A 7 day or more notice is required for orders. For large or specialized orders please contact at least 2 weeks in advance. Last minutes orders will require a $25 rush fee.

 

*All orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer in order to be fully booked. Your order is not placed unless the 50% retainer is received. You will be given a due date for this retainer. If it is not received by the given due date, your order may be cancelled, as spots are first come first served.  Spots on my calendar cannot be saved without a 50% retainer being paid on time. 

 

*Certain special decorations for cake orders may require more time for those special decorations to be shipped to me if they need to be pre-ordered. Do keep this in mind. Without your 50% retainer being paid, items needed for your dessert order may not be bought in time, meaning, your order might have to be adjusted or changed.

 

*Once an order is placed in the customer’s hands, the company is no longer responsible for the order. Please make sure to review you order once given to you to make sure your order is correct.

 

*If you are unsatisfied with your order, please let me know immediately to discuss actions that can take place.

 

*Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, cash and debit cards are accepted!

 

*If you have any food allergens, please let me know while placing your order! SugaDotz/Auriyon will not be responsible for allergen damages. (SugaDotz is an insured company)
